Intresse för styrelsearbete?
Ett nytt årsmöte närmar sig och vi söker nya intressenter till att arbeta i styrelsen för
Brf Lindholmskajen.
I styrelsen arbetar vi inte bara med de årliga ekonomi- och skötsel frågorna av vår förening. Genom
olika projekt försöker vi också utveckla området, så att det behåller sin attraktionskraft för nya
boende och ger mervärde till de som redan bor här. Vi ser gärna några nya styrelsemedlemmar med
erfarenhet inom t.ex. ekonomi, projektarbete, teknik, juridik men även er med engagemang och tid.

Dörrmatta utanför lägenhet i trapphus
Det har kommit till styrelsens vetskap att vissa lägenheter har dörrmatta utanför sin lägenhetsdörr.
Detta är inte tillåtet ur brandskyddssynpunkt.
I trapphus är det mycket viktigt att följa brandskyddsregler. Detta innebär bland annat att vägar ska
vara fria från föremål som kan vara i vägen samt brännbart material. De små dörrmattorna kan
innebära brandrisk och snubbelrisk vid utrymning. Dörrmattor hindrar dessutom vid trappstädning
och måste tas bort snarast.

Paragraf 26-32 beskriver just bostadsrättshavarens rättigheter och skyldigheter.
Att köpa och bo i en bostadsrätt innebär att du tillsammans med dina grannar är medlem i en
ekonomisk förening som äger fastigheten och därmed också lägenheterna. Du är själv med och äger
huset du bor i. Allt från lägenheterna, de gemensamma utrymmena och eventuell utemiljö.
Styrelsen har uppdraget att se till att bostadsrättsföreningen förvaltas på bästa sätt, men alla
medlemmar är gemensamt ansvariga för att boendet fungerar bra.
Att bo i en bostadsrättsförening innebär att du tillsammans med andra får möjlighet att utveckla ditt
boende på bästa sätt.

The board of our private housing cooperative would like to take the opportunity to welcome all new
members! In this newsletter, we provide a brief information about what is happening in the

Interested in joining the board?
A new annual meeting is approaching and we are looking for new board members to work on the
board of our private housing cooperative Lindholmskajen.
The board does not only work with the annual financial, management and maintenance issues of our
housing cooperative. Through various projects, we also try to develop the area, so that it retains its
attractiveness for people to move in here and provides high value to those who already live here. We
would like to see some new board members with experience in e.g. finance, project work,
technology, law but also those who would like to engage their time and be involved.

Doormat outside apartment in the staircase
We have come to know that some apartments have a doormat outside their apartment door. This is
not allowed due to fire safety reasons.
In the staircase, it is very important to follow fire safety rules. This means, among other things, that
ways must be free of any objects and combustible material. The small doormats can pose a fire risk
and tripping risk when evacuating and must be removed as soon as possible.

What does it mean to live in a private housing cooperative?

Paragraphs 26-32 describe precisely the housing cooperative members rights and obligations.
Buying an apartment and living in a private housing cooperative means that together with your
neighbors you are a member of an economic association that owns the property and thus also the
apartments. You are so to say a co-owner of the entire property you live in. Everything from the
apartments, the common areas and any outdoor environment.
The board has the task of ensuring that the private housing cooperative is managed in the best
possible way, but all members are jointly responsible for ensuring that the property is functioning
well.
Living in a private housing cooperative also means that you, together with others, have the
opportunity to develop your housing in the best way.
